Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your WatchShell purchase, you may request a return or exchange.
All requests must be submitted via email (hello@watchshell.com) within 7 business days of receiving your order, and are subject to approval.
1. Return Condition
- Of the two films enclosed, please return one unused film, excluding the spare film provided for free trial.
- A processing fee of $30 per order will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing, complimentary shipping, and packaging costs. (This fee is not profit-driven.)
- Any customs duties or VAT incurred until the product reaches WatchShell Workshop are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds, excluding these costs, will be issued once the returned item arrives at WatchShell Workshop.
2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
3. Non-returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items not in their original condition
4. Return Approval Process
- To request a return, you must first email hello@watchshell.com for approval.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We will respond to all requests within the same business day.
5. Shipping Method
- Please use a standard postal service with tracking and provide the tracking number via email.
- We recommend adding insurance to prevent loss.
- Customers are responsible for any packages lost during return transit.
6. Refund Timeline
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, though additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at hello@watchshell.com.
7. Exchanges
- The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
- For orders shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
- Your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
